صلصه : ثوم / ليمون جراس / ملح فلفل / حامض / بصل اخضر / زبده

اضافه : برشه قشرة الحامض وجبنه التارتار

Salmon:
Salt / peper / paprika
Bake for 18 minutes, heat 190 c

Asparagus :
Olive oil salt and pepper
Bake for 5 minutes heat 190 c

Sauce :
Garlic / lemon grass / salt and pepper / lemon juice / green onion / butter

Topping :
Lemon zest
Side: Tartare cheese
