Your vehicle is equipped with a vehicle information system that monitors a host of vehicle functions. The vehicle information display is located HERE in the Instrument panel. The vehicle information display can be changed using the button with the SQUARE ICON, the UP/DOWN arrows, and the OK button. Push this switch to navigate through items. Press the button with the OK button to enter menu items and press the UP/DOWN arrows to change the selected item. Press the button with the SQUARE ICON to go back to the previous menu. Some menus may vary based on the equipment installed on your vehicle. The “Settings” mode allows you to change the information displayed in the vehicle information display. Press the button with the SQUARE ICON until “Settings” is displayed, press the OK button, and then push the arrow keys to select from the various menus. The “Main Menu Selection” allows you to choose which items you want displayed on the main menu. Move the arrow keys to highlight an item and press the OK button to change a menu item. To reset the average fuel consumption, press and hold THIS switch for more than one second. The average speed will be reset at the same time. Just below the vehicle information display, you’ll find the odometer and twin trip odometer which are displayed when the ignition switch is in the ON position. The odometer records the total distance the vehicle has been driven, while the twin trip odometer records the distance of two individual trips. You’ll see the TRIP RESET switch on the instrument panel. Push it to change the display from the odometer to trip A to trip B and back again. Push and hold this switch for more than one second to reset the selected odometer. Your vehicle is equipped with a vehicle information system that monitors a host of vehicle functions. Vehicle information is displayed in a monitor located in between the tachometer and the speedometer. The vehicle information display, displays items such as: ● Trip Computer Information, ● Forward Emergency Braking (if so equipped) ● Predictive Forward Collision Warning (if so equipped) ● Blind Spot Warning (if so equipped) ● Cruise Control information (if so equipped), ● Intelligent Cruise Control information (if so equipped) ● NISSAN Intelligent Key® operation information ● Indicators and Warnings, and ● Tire Pressure Information. The vehicle information display can be changed using the button with the square icon, and the OK button, located on the steering wheel. Push the button with the square icon on it to Go-forward or to Go-backward through the main menus, and then press the OK button to change or select an item. Push this switch up or down to navigate through sub-menu items. When the ignition is placed in the ON position, the following screens may be displayed: ● Active System Status (if so equipped), which shows turn by turn if destination is set or compass if destination is not set ● Audio which shows source, tracks, artist name, etc. ● Trip Computer, ● Fuel Economy, ● Outside air temperature ● Odometer/Twin Trip Odometer ● Alerts detected by Lane Departure warning, Blind spot warning, etc., ● Tire Pressure Information, and ● Warnings, if there are any present. The “Settings” mode allows you to change the information displayed in the vehicle information display. Press the button with the square icon until you reach the “Settings” mode, press the OK button and then push this switch up or down to select from the following menus: ● Drivers Assistance ● Customize Display ● Vehicle Settings ● Maintenance ● Clock ● TPMS Settings ● Unit/Language ● Key-Linked Settings, and the ● Factory Reset Set the clock using the center display. Choose Customize Display and then press the okay button to reach the main menu selection. The “Main Menu Selection” allows you to choose which items you want displayed on the main menu. Move this switch up or down to highlight an item and press the OK button to select each item you wish to have displayed. You can reset the fuel economy by selecting the fuel economy and then pushing the OK button for longer than one second. You will find this display feature just below the Vehicle Information Display. It records the total distance the vehicle has been driven as well as the distance of two individual trips. You’ll see the TRIP RESET switch on the left side of the instrument panel. If Android Auto is not already installed on your device, you will need to download the Android Auto app to your Android mobile device to use this feature in your vehicle: ● First, visit the Google Play™ store on your phone to download the Android Auto app to your device, then ● Launch the app on your Android phone and follow the prompted directions to set up the application. Next, connect your Android device to the USB located below the center control panel. Your phone needs to be connected to your vehicle with a USB cord to interact with the vehicle Navigation system. To enroll in NissanConnect SM Mobile Apps, start by creating a Nissan Owner's Portal account at owners.nissanusa.com. Make sure to include your vehicle's VIN when creating your account. Next, download the NissanConnect SM Mobile Apps companion app from Google Play or the Apple App Store. Launch the app, select “United States”, accept the Terms and Conditions, select “Sign In”, then sign in with the email user name and password you created when registering on the Nissan Owner's Portal website. Pair your phone to the vehicle. ● For Android devices, the smartphone must be connected through the Bluetooth Hands-Free Phone system. ● For iPhone® on vehicles WITH Navigation, the device must be connected to the vehicle’s USB port using your phone’s USB cable. ● For iPhone® on vehicles WITHOUT Navigation, connect the device using the Bluetooth Hands-Free Phone system. Hot News !!!! 2018 Nissan Murano Engine Overview - The 2018 Nissan Murano receives new standard features including an 8.0-inch touchscreen with Nissan Connect Navigation, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and satellite radio. Also standard on all trims is automatic emergency braking and forward collision warning driver assist systems. The new SV Premium package consists of a surround-view camera system, a driver alert system (sleepy driver alert), adaptive cruise control, a panoramic moonroof, an 11-speaker Bose premium audio system, heated front seats, heated outside mirrors, and 18-inch Gun Metal alloy wheels. The Murano also received a revised center console design, a Midnight Edition package for the SL trim, and a new SL Moonroof package. Blind-spot monitoring and rear cross traffic alert are now standard on the SV trim (one above the base trim).

TRIM LEVELS (INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OPTIONS)
In Nissan’s SUV and crossover lineup, the Murano is positioned above the Juke, the new Kicks, the Rogue Sport, and the Rogue, but below the larger and more expensive Pathfinder and full-size Armada.

2018 Murano S: The base trim comes well-equipped with an 8.0-inch touchscreen with NissanConnect Navigation, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and satellite radio. Also standard is emergency automatic braking, forward collision warning, LED daytime running lights, LED taillights, automatic headlights, a 7.0-inch driver’s instrument cluster display, a rearview camera, dual-zone automatic climate control, as well as front and rear USB ports.
