SUBSCRIBE for more keto ideas: http://bit.ly/2wBL2o4 In todays video I made a Cauliflower Chicken Bake, my macros were perfect following the ketogenic diet! for 1 serving: 1/4 Cup Sour Cream 1/2 Cup shredded Cheddar 1/4 Cup Cream Cheese 2 Slices of Bacon 2 Cups of Cooked Cauliflower rice 4 - 5 Pieces of cooked chicken strips (previously frozen) Cook the cauliflower and then add to a baking dish, add in the cream cheese and sour cream mix together, top with salt if wanted and add remaining cheddar, crumbled bacon to the top and sliced chicken pieces. Bake for about 15-20 min at 450 degrees. or until bubbly. You can eyeball these ingredients until it looks right for you or fits your own personal macros. Simply multiply for more people. Hey guys! Follow me along for the day in the kitchen as I show you what I eat in a day on a Keto diet paired with intermittent fasting and sprinkled with a tad bit of fitness clips. Please keep in mind as I've mentioned in my 1st Tippy Tales ( https://bit.ly/2H08wMW ) I do NOT count calories and macros as I eat intuitively. I do a Keto 80/20 lifestyle (80% of the time I am Keto, 20% of the time I am not). Also, for those that are concern about the calories in this video, please understand that I am now fat-adapted a.k.a. a fat-burner verses a carb burner. I can go long periods without food, not feel hungry, not snack and get more satisfaction when I do eat. It's such a difference from where I was before. I am going to be doing a video explaining this more as I know I am getting concerned comments about that.
