SUBSCRIBE for more keto ideas: http://bit.ly/2wBL2o4 In todays video I made a Cauliflower Chicken Bake, my macros were perfect following the ketogenic diet! for 1 serving: 1/4 Cup Sour Cream 1/2 Cup shredded Cheddar 1/4 Cup Cream Cheese 2 Slices of Bacon 2 Cups of Cooked Cauliflower rice 4 - 5 Pieces of cooked chicken strips (previously frozen) Cook the cauliflower and then add to a baking dish, add in the cream cheese and sour cream mix together, top with salt if wanted and add remaining cheddar, crumbled bacon to the top and sliced chicken pieces. Bake for about 15-20 min at 450 degrees. or until bubbly. You can eyeball these ingredients until it looks right for you or fits your own personal macros. Simply multiply for more people. After my patients clean out their cupboards, I insist they PAUSE. Yes, pause for 48 hours before spending half of a paycheck on filling your shelves with items you are not going to eat. It is not uncommon for me to visit patient in their home to help them be accountable for emptying out their cupboards. A cupboard filled with processed food is too much temptation. Empty out those cupboards. Wipe off the shelves. Then pause for 48 hours. Just pause. This list is what I would ask you to take with you to the grocery store after you paused. This beginner keto grocery list will help you establish key cornerstones in this diets. Here is the first part of the list: FROZEN FOODS: - Broccoli - Cauliflower - Peppers - Onions (dried is better than frozen) - Okra - Spinach - Kale - Frozen blackberries (This is the only fruit on the list.)
