How to Tighten that Flabby Arm Fat

Take the Body Type Quiz: http://bit.ly/TakeBodyTypeQuiz Dr. Berg talks about the reasons people have flabby arms and how to burn arm fat. The main reason that people tend to have fat arms is loss of collagen, which happens over a period of time as a person grows older. Out of all the hormones, the growth hormone tends to be the single most critical factor that is responsible for lose arm fat. In adults, the growth hormone controls factors such as fat burning, tightening muscles, protein synthesis, energy. The major causes for flabby arms is lower levels of growth hormone and high cortisol levels. In the second part of this video, Dr. Berg talks about how to get rid of flabby arms. To lose arm fat and avoid loose skin one must lower cortisol levels and raise the growth hormone. Lower cortisol levels can be achieved by low intensity exercises (walking), sleeping, avoid stress, potassium foods, avoid sugar. Higher growth hormone can be achieved by high intensity exercises, sleeping, proteins, avoid sugar. Loose skin normally stems from a loss of collagen, which occurs when the adrenal glands become stress. This is common during and after menopause, primarily because the adrenal glands act as a back up gland for the ovaries. The buffer for cortisol is GH (Growth Hormone) and as GH drops, there is nothing left to counter the bad effects of cortisol. LOWER CORTISOL 1. Low intensity exercise 2. Increase sleep 3. Support adrenal gland 4. Avoid stress 5. Increase potassium 6. Increase B vitamins 7. Avoid sugar RAISE GROWTH HORMONE 1. High intensity exercise 2. Increase sleep 3. Increase some protein (not more than 6 ounces per meal) 4. Intermittent fasting - only 3 meals per day - no snacks 5. Decrease Cortisol and insulin 6. It's free and very enlightening. Dr. Berg talks about the power of intermittent fasting. This is not a diet, but a pattern of eating. Why does it work? Because it triggers Growth Hormone and inhibits insulin. The purpose of intermittent fasting is to lower insulin, take the stress off insulin and the gland that makes it - pancreas, and thus restore your metabolism. This can heal a plateaued set-point. If you have fat in your mid-section, then we know you have high insulin. INSULIN RESISTANCE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pxl8hhyN6AQ WHAT TO EAT: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aHKaygC0PnQ Start with 3 meals per day, no snacking. Then do 3 meals per day but only eating your 3 meals in a 8 hour window, thus fasting for 16 hours. Ultimately, you want to fast for 20 hours and eat within a 4 hour window - 2 meals per day. If you add exercise, high intensity interval training, you can greatly enhance Growth Hormone even more. The Drink 8 Glasses Water Per Day Big Fat Lie!

Find Your Body Type: http://bit.ly/BodyTypeQuiz Dr. Berg goes through the 5 lies about drinking more water. It is one of those "everyone knows", so drink when you are thirsty. Hyponatremia is a condition whereby you can get really sick by drinking too much water. "Adolph EF. The regulation of the water content of the human organism. J Physiol (London). 1921;55(1-2):114-32" In short, the author measured his own urine and sweat output and determined he lost 3 percent of his body weight in water per day, which came out to be eight cups. Based on this, for a long time the water requirement guidelines were eight cups. However, this is not the case anymore except that most people still know the saying: eight glasses of water a day. "Vivanti AP. Origins for the estimations of water requirements in adults. Eur J Clin Nutr. 2012;66(12):1282-9." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyponatremia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dehydration http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Overhydration http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Water_cure_(torture) When you drink too much plain water, your electrolytes no longer can balance the exchange of fluid inside and outside the cell. This causes parts of your cells to swell and others to dehydrate (due to loss of salt). Also, realize what you input doesn't equal what you output. If you drink a glass of water, you do not urinate a glass of water. You will urinate a glass full of urine, which is filled with electrolytes and other stuff. So urine is flushing out minerals. In this video, Dr. Berg talks about how to improve loose skin using your own Human Growth Hormone (HGH). HGH is considered the anti-aging hormone. Growth hormone is made by the pituitary gland and is activated through the liver. He also talks about the reasons why HGH decrease and how to increase it.

Functions of HGH:
• Preventing the Loss of Muscle Mass
• Improving the Buildings of Proteins
• Great for Joint Health (the Matrix of the Collagen that surrounds the Joints)
• Skin beauty (Giving the Youthfulness Glow)

Reasons Why HGH Decreases:
• Stress (Cortisol)
• Sugar
• High Levels of Insulin (Including Frequent Eating)
• Consuming Excessive Amount of Protein
• Diabetic or Prediabetic
• Overtraining (Exercising too much without enough sleep)
• Alcohol

What Increases HGH:
• Exercise – 400 to 700% Spike of HGH (Short burst of High Intensity Exercise)
• Intermittent Fasting – 1300 to 2000% (This is the most potent stimulator of HGH)
• Ketogenic Diet – It decreases insulin
• Increasing Quality of Sleep
• Healthy Liver

How to Improve Liver Function: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qSmFYbsQRio&t=1s

Hi Guys! In this video we are gonna talk about how to improve loose skin whether it is in the back of your arm, or you still have some sagging skin. How to tighten that up using your own human growth hormone. Now HGH is considered as the anti-aging hormone. A real key function is dealing with everything to do with proteins. Preventing the Loss of Muscle Mass, Improving the Buildings of Proteins and the Matrix of the Collagen that surrounds the Joints as well so its great for joint health, skin beauty in giving you that youthfulness. Some people actually get it injected, it is like $1500 a month for human growth hormone which I don't recommend because it comes with side effects. But you dont have to buy it, you dont have to get it injected, your body makes it. Growth hormone is made by your pituitary but it is activated through the liver. This is why you really need a healthy liver to make everything work fine but let's just talk about what will decrease human growth hormone. No. 1 stress especially the hormone called cortisol. Cortisol is a stress hormone and that will inhibit human growth hormone. No. 2 sugar will inhibit human growth hormone. High levels of insulin will decrease human growth hormone, and that would be frequent eating all the healthy snacks that people eat, protein, whatever it is. Consuming excessive amount of protein can also stimulate insulin and decrease human growth hormone. Being a diabetic or prediabetic you are gonna have high levels of insulin unless you are type 2, that will also decrease the human growth hormone and that's why diabetics have a lot of loose skin and loose connective tissue, joint problems and inflammation. Overtraining, if you are exercising too much without enough sleep, that could inhibit human growth hormone because human growth hormone mostly is activated at night.
