The Best Science-Based Diet for Fat Loss (ALL MEALS SHOWN!)

When it comes to "the best diet to lose weight" (also known as a "cutting diet"), you'll get A LOT of suggestions as to which diet to lose weight fast you should follow. However, the truth is that whether it's keto, intermittent fasting, paleo, and so on, all of these diets work by making it easier for you to eat at a calorie deficit. What is going on! This is Leo with yet another video about how to create a good diet. This video will be an easy and quick guide for you to create your future self successfully instead of giving you small diet changes.

I truly believe that the essential of crafting a well working and instantly applicable diet is the power of psychology. Don't constantly change from one diet to another, work on your thoughts, beliefs and actions every day. The small actions and habits will guide you towards the right decisions and eventually a good and healthy diet.

If you try to achieve your goals right now with your current standards, habits and belief system you will never achieve it! Why? Because your "self-sabotage brain and habits" cannot identify with this successful personality and these highly effective and healthy habits. There is no hack behind all this! You only have to reach the state where all these things are on auto-pilot, you identify with these habits and goals as an absolute standard in your personality.

This is where you want to get to, and the following questions are the absolute killing guide to that personality. Answer them on a piece of paper right now! Lets make it better! :)

The questions you want to ask yourself are the following:
1. Describe your current character quickly
2. How do you see/feel/think during the day? What are your measurements and how does your average day look like? (about 10 sentences at least)
3. What are your special strengths and good habits each day?
4. What weaknesses and bad habits do you have that hold you back from your goals each day?
5. What do you think before/during/after eating something unhealthy and what do you think before/during/after eating something healthy? Go really into detail here!

3. What are your future strengths and future good habits?
4. What weaknesses and bad habits did you get rid of that currently hold you back from your goals?
