Meanwhile preheat oven to 400 F degrees. - Brush each with egg , then sprinkle sesame seeds on top. - Bake at 400 F degrees for 10-12 minutes in a very large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic, onion, bell pepper. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until onion is tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in meat, salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes more or until meat is no longer pink. Stir in tomato sauce; heat through. 2 sliced onions
2 chopped tomatoes
4 chopped green chillies
ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoon
lemon juice - 2 tablespoon
crushed dry fenugreek leaves - 2 tablespoon
salt to taste
chopped coriander to garnish

mix spices -
red chilli - 1/2 tablespoon
turmeric - 1/3 tablespoon
coriander powder - 1/2 tablespoon
curry powder (sabzi masala) - 1/2 tablespoon
garam masala - 1/4 tablespoon
