As part of our chapter on how to peel and cut the well known vegetables we look at how to prepare cook and cut Beetroot.this videos provides step by step instruction from beginning to end of the preparation and cooking process.

Today I'm showing how to cook beets!! My favorite way is to boil the beets for 30 - 60 minutes (depending on size). Use a wooden skewer to test if they're done. Once the skewer is easily inserted into the beet without much resistance, they're ready to be drained!
