Do this workout 3-to-5 times per day 2-to-4 days per week For this 1 minute or 60 second flat stomach workout for your abs all you are doing is rolling out with a chair to within 1 inch or less of the wall and you do not touch the wall and you hold that positon for 30 full seconds and the whole time you holding it you are also squeezing or seriously tighten up your abs to keep the chair dead still making sure the chair never ever means. That is the most important part of the first part of this flat stomach workout. Then after that you will roll the chair back and then you start to do regular chair ab roll outs and do as many as you can within the remaining 30 seconds where this time you can touch the wall but remember... This is not by any means a race at this point and you want to get some quality reps in by not crashing into the wall so you still want to roll out slowly into the wall or fall into the wall slowly where you just touch the wall without making too much noise at all. The less noise you make on the wall = a much better flat stomach and ab workout and let me tell you why this is just way more than a killer ab workout and why it’s also a flat stomach workout as well. The TVA muscles or transverse abdomens muscle get worked extremely hard in this flat stomach workout simply because you have to draw in or contract your TVA (transverse abdominis) whenever you roll out so imagine how much work you get there and then really imagine hard you TVA has to work when you are hold it there for 30 seconds? Your tva muscles are screaming on fire! Important point #1 Put the chair farther or closer away from the wall if it is too easy or too hard for you If you are unable to keep your lower back flat then that is a sign you need to put the chair closer If you are not feeling anything or if too easy then simply put the chair back farther from the wall. You will know that you have found the perfect spot for this flat stomach workout once you will not dare going over 3-5 sets in one day so if you ever say to yourself “I can do 10 of these in one day” then either you are highly motivated to get ripped abs and a flat stomach or you have the chair too close to wall making the workout not that intense to get the results you truly want! Important point #2 You are actually falling into the wall so don’t stick your arms out and keep your heels on the floor and do the exact opposite and let your heels rise off the floor and let your hips or butt move forward while your arms move not that much or very little. The point is to get your abs or flat stomach muscles to contract to prevent you from actually falling or crashing into the wall like a maniac. If you ever read any of my YouTube descriptions on any of my ab workout videos then you know that I always tell you that you have to do more than just my workouts to get what I claim in the title of the video so in this video here for example titled “60 Second Flat Stomach Workout | Do 3x a Day for a Flatter Stomach” the workout is only part of the solution for a flat stomach. Lose Love Handles Fast with a broom (6min. Love Handle Workout)

Why have I not lost 30 pounds by now!?" 6 minute love handle workout layout *Use a broomstick, you shoes, light 1-to-5 pound dumbbells or any other light object. *Do 12 reps in a row on each side THREE times in a row and then... *Do 14 reps in a row on each side for a 50 rep workout. You certainly don't have to follow the workout layout above because it is an advanced version. You may want to start off by alternating reps on each side. For example you may want to start off doing sets of 16-to-24 reps where you do 8-to-12 alternating reps on each side taking a 2+ minute break between sets before you attempt tackling this more advanced love handle workout or on the hand... You can take this already intense love handle workout to the next level by doing 100 reps instead of 50 by doing 10-to-20 reps in a row on each side for 5-to-10 times but at that point you may want to consider using lighter 1-to-5 pound dumbbells and limiting the reps. Now you'll believe you can really get rid of your love handles with a broom stick. Here is a quick overview of how this workout is laid out

• Set 1 (ONE Round = 4 minutes)
• Set 2 (TWO Rounds = 8 minutes)
• Set 3 (THREE Rounds = 12 minutes)
• 1-minute break between sets

So each time I say go in the video you will be doing 20 seconds of a bed sheet variation exercise followed by either sprints, jumping jacks, squat and kicks or burpees.
My form is not perfect for all of the exercises and yours probably will not be perfect either but the point is for you to go as fast as you can be trying to wear yourself out to burn the most fat you possibly can.

Truth about losing belly fat

When you lose weight you lose weight all over your body along with some belly fat but even when you lose a huge amount of weight like you will with this bedsheet workout you will see you will still have some belly fat left over and for everyone there last 5-to-15 pounds is mostly located in their belly area with women have their last bits of fat on their belly and hips.

So do not be discouraged is you still have some (not a lot of) belly fat left after losing 20 or more pounds. Your last bit of stubborn belly fat can be gotten rid of with a plan to lose your last 10 pounds which is usually just your belly fat with a plan like this one at http://www.nowloss.com/weight-loss-plan-to-lose-your-last-10-pounds.htm

REMEMBER: you can’t target belly fat or just say I’m only going to lose stomach fat because unlike toning where you can target areas of your body, weight loss is a whole body endeavor where you gradually lose fat all over at in different places at different times with your stomach fat most usually being the last bit to go.

If you have a bedsheet there is no excuse for you not to do this work out or at least give it an honest try.

For the best results it is best you do this workout at least 3-to-4 days per week 1-to-2 times per day to lose belly fat as fast as possible.
