EMERGENCY DIET PLAN 8 am – Drink a glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice. 10 am – Drink a glass of water with orange or apple juice. 12 am – Take a cup of green tea. 1 pm – Take a glass of cold water with carrot juice. 3 pm – Drink a cup of tea of your choice. 5 pm – Drink a glass of natural juice of your preference. 7 pm – Drink another cup of green tea. 9 pm – Drink a glass of water with grapefruit juice. 10 pm – Finish the diet plan with a glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice, the same way you started it .
